As a licensed Realtor® since 2017 and a real estate investor since 2012, I bring both professional expertise and hands-on experience to every transaction. With degrees in Economics and Finance, and a Master of Business Administration, I combine strong analytical insight with real-world market knowledge to help my clients make confident, informed decisions.

Serving clients throughout the Dayton region, I work with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Whether guiding someone through their very first purchase or analyzing numbers on an income-producing property, I approach each client’s goals with strategy, care, and attention to detail.

The homebuying process can be stressful and I bring a warm and supportive style, paired with a diligent, organized approach to contract management. From the initial consultation through closing day, I work with my clients every step of the way — tracking deadlines, negotiating effectively, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

In addition to real estate sales, I bring personal experience in major renovations and investment properties, including owning and operating a successful Airbnb along the Stillwater River. This hands-on experience allows me to provide clients with valuable insight into property value, improvements, and long-term investment potential.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy gardening with native plants and an avid bird watcher — passions that reflect a deep appreciation for home, community, and the natural beauty of the region.
